About the Role

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Asset Management Systems Manager to support the effective delivery of enterprise asset lifecycle planning and maintenance systems. This is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, drive operational improvements, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.


KeyResponsibilities

  • Maintain and develop Melbourne Polytechnic’s Enterprise Asset Management System (TechnologyOne)
  • Deliver system solutions that enhance data accuracy, usability, and decision-making
  • Provide user training and support across departments
  • Ensure compliance with asset data governance and reporting standards
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve system functionality


Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant degree or qualifications in Asset Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with TechnologyOne or similar platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
  • Ability to lead system upgrades and training programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance


Additional Requirements

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

  • A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Police Check
